Learn The Time in Arabic
Learn the Time in Arabic was developed with three classmates for the MISDT program. This prototype lesson teaches Arabic numeral characters and sounds for the hour time. Four of the twelve hours are programmed.
Development of this project followed an Agile Instructional Design model with three separate interactive deliverables, prototype, beta, and gold. We communicated via Slack and Zoom and created shared Google docs for the design document and scriptScripts are code used to automate a repeatable step-by-step process. More. The project was storyboarded and designed in Adobe XD and produced with Adobe Captivate.
Tools
- Captivate

Challenges
After the project was built I discovered that Captivate captions can only be added to slide audio. Much of the audio narration is attached to interactive buttons with advanced actions. Unfortunately there is no way to caption this audio.
Role
My role was production artist and developer. I created the graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, designed the slides with Adobe XD, and produced the lesson with Adobe Captivate.
