International World Peace Rose Garden, California State Capitol, Sacramento – April, 2014
I had been to the State Capitol once before but had missed the Rose Garden. On my second visit, this is where I ended up spending most of my time. I love roses. The garden was in full bloom with every color of rose represented. The aroma was just as rich. I wish I could have bottled it.
